Are any of your paintings available to purchase?
Yes! They certainly are available, but not 100% of them as some have already been sold. Most available works will have a price listing attached. If there is a particular piece that you are interested in, please contact by email and will respond within 48 business hours.
Do you offer Prints or Giclées?
Yes! I certainly do that as well. Visit my online shop for a list of available prints for purchase. If you don’t see an option in the shop, please let me know by emailing me and I will be happy to consider it or work with you directly.
Do you do commissions?
Yes! I do that too! I love working with clients to create something that they’ve envisioned. I like the collaborative process, especially when clients respect the artistic process and trust I am there to give them what they want. Ultimately, the client has seen something in my work that they enjoy and respond to; they want to have a piece that is carefully crafted with them in mind. The context and meaning becomes a deeper expression, it’s familiar of a nuanced love letter.

Can I borrow some of your work?
Yes. Depending on availability of the work and the nature and length of time being requested, we will make deciscions based on our discretion. If we feel comfortable we will draw up an agreement of terms for the desired nature, including pick-up/pack-up times, liabilty, insurance, media, events, and other related information. Please contact via email to discuss further.
What about consultations?
Definitely. I’m available to meet for discussing potential commission, graphic design work, illustration, branding, concept, collaborative projects, etc. Contact directly to schedule and appointment, usually 30-60 minute meetings upon initial meeting.

We try to make it easy as possible to process transactions and we work with several financial processing companies and institutions in order to do so. We pay transaction fees and do not pass off, hide, redistribute, or otherwise make the customer pay processing fees. At times, the option to pay the transaction fee as means to help small businesses might be given, but should never be mandatory on the processing the transaction.

We try to keep prices reasonable and don't command extraordinary prices. We understand the value of promotions, sales, and other means of providing a bargain for our clients. Like any other business there are costs involved as well as taxes and other charges that are mandatory. We try to make sure we are giving you the customer the best value possible, without penalizing ourselves in the process. We hope you understand and respect how we have come to our pricing and value standards.
Sales Tax is charged to orders shipped within the state of Idaho. The applicable tax rate for orders within the state of Idaho is 6%. Shipping cost is also taxed. Sales tax is not charged to orders shipped to states outside of Idaho.
Discounts + Coupons
If a discount or coupon has been applied to your order, you will only be refunded the amount after the refund is applied, NOT the original total. You will receive what you actually paid in those circumstances.
The discount or coupon becomes void upon return or exchange and can not be transferred to a new or previous order. Coupons codes must be applied to your order at the time of check out, coupons can not be applied to previous transactions, orders, or redeemed for cash or store credit. Coupons have NO CASH VALUE. They should be considered and treated as a special consideration we extend to you the customer for being a valued client and will use these types of benefits sparingly and at our discretion.

By our Services, the Site acts as vacilitation to purchase Artwork directly from the Artist. We are not an agent for buyers or sellers or any party to any sale transaction, and we are not an agent, financial representative, or fiduciary for any buyer, seller, or user for any purpose.
1. CONDITION AND COMMUNICATION
Artist certifies that Artworks on the Services have never been previously owned by consumers and that the Artworks are in new condition, however, all Artworks on the Services are being sold on an “as-is,” “with all faults” basis. You are responsible for reviewing all of the information provided about an Artwork before placing an order. Although we strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of Artworks available on the Service, we do not warrant that the descriptions and images are complete, accurate, current, reliable, or error-free. We are not responsible for independently verifying or investigating the authenticity, condition or quality of any Artwork offered for sale via the Services.
All orders made through the Services are subject to acceptance and the Artist will not be obligated to fulfill any order unless and until it accepts the order. Orders are subject to product availability and in our sole discretion, we may cancel or refrain from processing an order for any reason (including if the Artwork is out of stock, suspicions of fraudulent orders, sales of additional units to the same customer, pricing errors or other circumstances). If your order is accepted, we will send a confirmation email with your order number, a summary of the items ordered, and shipping and pricing details. If your order cannot be completed for any reason, we will notify you using the information you provide when placing your order. Certain products that you purchase through the Site may be subject to additional terms and conditions presented to you at the time of such purchase. We also reserve the right to take steps to verify your identity prior to or after processing or accepting your order.
Buyers are permitted to resale or transfer any artwork via their desired means to a third party at their own accord. Buyers are not permitted to use the Services (or using information obtained via the Services) to contact each other to make offers to sell or buy an Artwork outside of the Services. Please notify us at email@example.com if you are contacted by any person(s) or company that you believe is violating this restriction. You agree that if you violate this restriction, you will be responsible for applicable fees and recovery of Artist’s expenses in connection with monitoring and enforcing compliance with this restriction.
2. PRICING AND PAYMENT
When you use our Service to purchase an Artwork and complete the checkout process, you agree that you have made a binding commitment to purchase the Artworks listed in your order and will pay the listed prices in full via your provided payment method. If you wish to cancel a previously placed order and the Artwork has not yet shipped, you may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire if your order is eligible for cancellation. Your payment method will be charged upon completion of the checkout and payment process. By placing an order, you authorize us and our third-party service providers to immediately charge your selected payment method for all amounts listed on the checkout page. Please note that our third-party service providers may have additional rules and policies for processing payments posted on their websites and may update such rules and policies from time to time.
We endeavor to always provide accurate pricing information for Artworks available on the Services but do not guarantee that pricing will be free of errors. We are not responsible for typographical or other pricing errors. If there is a pricing error related to your order, we will notify you and you may either cancel the order or confirm the order at the corrected product pricing. We have the right to cancel any order if a pricing error has occurred. All prices listed on the Site are in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
3. TAXES AND FEES
The listed prices do not include taxes or charges for international shipping and handling, unless expressly stated on the product page. Estimated taxes (and shipping and handling charges if applicable) will be applied to your checkout total and itemized in your shopping cart and in your order confirmation. The sales tax provided at the time of checkout will be listed in your order confirmation and will include U.S. state and local taxes and any applicable fees. You are responsible for paying all applicable sales and use taxes, VAT, export/import taxes and duties and all transactional taxes or levies relating to each Artwork you purchase.
4. MAKE AN OFFER SALES
All offers made through the Services are subject to acceptance and the Artist will not be obligated to fulfill any offer unless and until acceptance of the offer or counter offer.

Your happiness is the number one priority and we will hold that priority at every stage of the process. We understand buying art can be a big investment and not like that of an ordinary retail purchase. These works are unique, we also want that uniqueness to be part of the experience of buying and be a support in whatever way we possibly can.
You will have four (4) business days from your receipt of the Artwork to initiate a return in the event of your dissatisfaction or other circumstance. This should provide ample time to determine your satisfaction and less risk potential for the condition of the artwork in the event of return. Return requests received outside the stated return period will not be accepted.
2. RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipments must be arranged through Justin W John — JWJ STUDIO and shipped in their original packaging (including all accompanying certificates). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
3. CONDITION AND FEES
Artworks must be returned in original condition, and if damages to the artwork are assessed, we will deduct the value of the damage (up to 100%) from any amount refunded to you. We apply a 10% restocking fee and deduct the cost of insurance from the total amount returned to you.
4. DAMAGES, INSURANCE, INACCURACIES
We insurance the cost of the painting while in transit with the carrier or third-party. This does not cover time the artwork is out of their responsibility or after leaving the hands of Justin W John — JWJ STUDIO. In the unfortunate event of damage during the shipping process, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier or party in regards to recovering the work and any potential insurance coverage due. At that point we can help you find a new piece or proceed as the customer deems comfortable. If returning artwork due to incongruencies in the listing copy for the Artwork or damage due to improper packing for shipment then a portion of any restocking fee may be waived for those material inaccuracies, each as determined by us in our sole discretion. You may be required to provide us with supporting evidence for any such claims.
Refunds for eligible, accepted returns of Artwork will be remitted to the payment method you used when purchasing the Artwork. All refunds will be subject to the exchange rate at the time of processing, and funds will be remitted in USD.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase as well as your experience with our service and products. If for some reason there is an issue with your order (because humans had a hand in this after all) or maybe it just isn’t what you were expecting, then please contact us immediately at email@example.com and give us a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing along with your order information.
Contact us within 14 days of purchase if you need consideration for return. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange. We understand that sometimes items don’t make it to their destinations due to shippers fault. We will replace items that upon receipt arrive defective or damaged.
We review each order on a case by case basis. Only under extenuating circumstances, at our discretion, will any refunds be issued. If you have any inclination before purchasing, don’t hesitate to reach out to us with any questions or concerns.
3. PRINT ON DEMAND, CUSTOM
Print-on-demand products are either one-of-a-kind or made-to-order and can not be returned to our manufacturer. They should be returned to Justin W John — JWJ STUDIO.
Custom items can only be exchanged or a store credit is issued. This includes accepting cancellations once item is fabricated, there is a short time frame of cancellation before manufacturing begins. Separate terms apply for original art and commission based sales.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 to 5 business days depending on your fincancial institution.
5. LATE OR MISSING FUNDS (if applicable)
If a refund is granted, please allow for processing time of funds as determined by the issuing bank. We have no control over that timeframe. If you haven’t received a refund yet after 7 business days, please attempt to contact your bank or your credit card company first. The issuing bank will most likely have a more accurate answer for you. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Artworks ordered through the Services will be shipped to the destination listed in your order confirmation via our third-party fulfillment partner. You acknowledge that we are not able to ship products to all destinations outside of the United States, its territories and possessions and we do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
1. SHIPPING FEES (CONTIGUOUS U.S. ONLY)
Listed prices include artwork packaging and basic shipping fees within the contiguous United States via the preferred method of the Artist. Shipping courier is determined by a combination of factors including but not limited to buyers location, third party shipping provider, and current price rates. Additional crating, freight, insurance, express delivery, or other additional services are not covered in this pricing. Options may be listed during the checkout process. Refer to shipping policy section for additional terms and information.
We will arrange for shipment of purchased Artworks through our third-party service provider and we will provide shipment tracking information upon shipment of your order. Shipping and delivery dates and times provided are only estimates and not guaranteed.
3. LOSS, DAMAGE, THEFT
We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by a shipment delay. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon the applicable seller’s transfer of products to the delivery service provider. In the event of inclement weather or other events outside of our reasonable control that interfere with the delivery of your order, the third-party service provider will attempt to deliver your order as soon as reasonably possible.
Any person located at the delivery address who accepts a delivery from the service provider is assumed to be authorized by you to receive such delivery. If you have designated an alternate person to receive delivery, such person will accept the delivery under the same terms and conditions that would apply to you, had you accepted the delivery yourself. We are not responsible for theft of any unattended packages or unapproved delivery locations.
We encourage you to purchase additional shipping insurance during the checkout process (if offered) and file a claim under your policy in the event of any damage to Artwork during transit. Limited insurance is provided in the covered shipping expense.
5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Certain Artworks offered on the Services may require customs, cultural, and regulated species permits for export from the United States to import into the buyer’s country, or may be subject to a right of purchase from the buyer. We are not responsible for, and do not make any representation or warranty regarding, the requirement for, or the availability or issuance of, valid export/import permits or the existence or exercise of preemption rights to purchase by governmental or regulatory authorities anywhere.
We follow packing procedures intended to protect Artworks throughout the shipping process. Refer to information below on how to expect to receive artwork and instructions on unpackaging your artwork without risk of damage to the artwork.
Each piece of art ships individually directly from the studio, occasionally smaller artworks purchased on the same transaction may be packaged together.
2. OUTER PACKAGING
Art ships flat in a sturdy, well-protected cardboard box to ensure their safe transport. Expect your artwork to arrive with plenty of package support. Eco-conscious use of materials is always taken into consideration, recycled and reused materials are used when appropriate.
3. INNER PACKAGING
Art is wrapped in acid-free archival tissue paper. Then covered with plastic sheeting for protection against moisture and dust. Bubble/foam wrapped with cardboard corner protectors. Finally supported by foam board or two-ply layers of cardboard.
Prints and other works on paper are shipped flat in chipboard mailers. Inside they are protected by cellophane wrapping and layers of foam or cardboard.
Ship the art stretched as-is, in a constructed wooden container. Usually more costly.
The art is carefully removed from stretcher bars, then delicately rolled with layers of acid-free paper and plastic sheeting to avoid sticking. Finally, packaged in a large tube or triangle with additional filler to prevent jostling. Cost-effective, a common safe method. Acrylic is very pliable unless reaches extreme temperatures (below approximately 40F / 5C). Northbound winter deliveries might be forewarned to postpone.
7. SHIPPING PARTNERS
We ship through USPS, UPS, FedEx, and local courier services. Carrier can be subject to change depending on rates, timeframes, etc. to make sure you receive the art safely in the shortest time. Rates are based on the total weight (artwork plus packaging), timeframe, and time of year (i.e. increased holiday rates).
8. FREE LOCAL PICK-UP
Free local pick-up is available and can be arranged by contacting us. You must have your own transportation as well as load/unloading assistance.
